Privacy Policy
This site is a static reference library: reading it does not create an account, set a cookie, or send your behavior to any analytics service — because none of those exist here. This policy describes exactly what the site does collect (very little), what a web server records by default, and how to ask a question about your data. Effective October 8, 2026.
01 What this site does not collect
- No cookies. The site does not set any cookies — there is no session, no preference store and no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixels, no heatmaps, no advertising scripts. Nothing about which pages you read is reported anywhere.
- No accounts or forms. There is no registration, no login and no data-entry form; the search box runs entirely in your browser against content already on the page.
- No personal-data sales or sharing — there is no personal data to sell. The site has no advertising or affiliate relationships at this time.
02 What is recorded automatically
Like any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages keeps standard technical logs for a limited time. These exist for security and reliability, not profiling:
- Server logs — IP address, time, the page requested and the response returned, retained by the hosting provider for its normal operational window.
- Error reports — technical details of a failed request, used to fix the page, never combined with identity.
- Database content — the license requirements themselves are published research data about state law, not personal data about visitors.
03 Third-party links
Pages link out to official sources — state legislatures, licensing boards and official lookups. Those sites have their own privacy policies; this one only records that you followed a link, not what happens after you arrive. Fonts are served from this site's own bundle: no request is made to a font or CDN provider while you read.
04 Changes and your questions
If analytics or advertising is ever added, this policy will be updated before that code ships. Questions about your data — or a request to have server-log information addressed — can be sent to contacto.webproyectos@gmail.com. See also the terms of use and the about page.
