01 How the money stacks up

• Commercial spine — $100 non-refundable application, $50 timely renewal, $100 if filed within 30 days of expiry or later; 1/2/3-year renewals at the statutory $100 per year (§ 17-25-303(b), § 17-25-307(b)); an incomplete online renewal by expiry adds a $50 late fee. (Rule AR-FEES.) S-AR-COMM-LAW
• Residential spine — builder $100/$50/$100; remodeler and specialty $50/$25/$50; home improvement $50 new (17 CAR 295-105 and the forms). (Rule AR-FEES.)
• Annual renewal with multi-year options — licences expire at midnight the day before the anniversary of issuance; renew timely for $50, late for $100, or prepay 1/2/3 years at $100/year. (Rule AR-RENEWAL.) S-AR-COMM-LAW

• The temporary-licence application fee — the 90-day temporary forms were listed on the apply page but not fetched this phase; no figure is invented.
• Committee "delinquency fees" beyond the published renewal tiers — § 17-25-512(2) authorises them; the amounts do not appear in any document read.
• Any examination fee other than $84 — only the published PSI Arkansas Business and Law amount is seeded.
