The official ndlegis.gov chapter 43-07 section list (read 2026-10-05) still prints a heading 'Contractor's bond - Requirements' for 43-07-11 among the sections of the chapter.

Independent sources state that 43-07-11 was repealed in 1995; that repeal was NOT independently confirmed on an official page read here (research limitation, not a fact).
